Partner / Marketing Director
Founder of LG Diversified, established in 2010 as LG Diversified Marketing Solutions, with 25 years of leadership experience in marketing, project management, and technology.
Her career in hospitality began in 2003 with senior roles in global hotel brands. By 2007, she was consulting in marketing and management services, which led to the formal incorporation of LG Diversified. Today, the company delivers scalable solutions across marketing, hospitality, and IT, with the flexibility to serve both growing and enterprise clients.
LCC also works with government systems, including CMS, CRM, and Marketing Automation Platforms (MAPs), helping streamline city communications and tourism data management and enhance visitor engagement.
Her career reflects a balance of innovation and philanthropy, serving as Executive Marketing Director for RedRockScenicByway.org, a nonprofit dedicated to preservation and community engagement, where her husband is President.
Outside of her professional career and philanthropic endeavors, LCC nurtures her love for fine art, with works previously showcased in galleries and exhibitions.

With over 30 years in the hospitality industry, EL brings extensive experience in resorts, property conversions, openings and closings, developments, renovations, and sales of assets. As an asset management consultant for private owners, he has guided properties through complex transitions while driving profitability and operational excellence.
Leveraging this expertise, EL also leads the hospitality division at LG Diversified, where he helps property owners and operators enhance performance, streamline operations, and deliver exceptional guest experiences as an owner’s representative. Today, he concentrates mostly on Hospitality Management Services.
EL joined LG Diversified in 2015, leveraging a strong background in hospitality, branding, and creative services. As Creative Director, he oversees marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and client communications, ensuring every project combines strategic direction with creative impact.
